First off, what a great idea and product!!!!! You only need simple tools to install these closet systems. Why pay $$$$ for a substandard closet system that someone else designs/builds/installs when YOU can do it for less and have the satisfaction of customizing it how you want it. Many houses have the old rod style hanging system with particle board angles to "hold things up". Well, things tend to sag when weight is applied. Not EASY TRACK! It stands firm and upright and configured in seconds to meet your needs. Keep up the great work and product!

I just installed your closets in our master bedroom last weekend while my wife was out of town (wanted to surprise her upon her return). The system was easy to install and we absolutely LOVE the look!!! It was fun going into the design tool and playing with the different componants! My only complaint is the limited distribution in our area (suburbs of Chicago). If you would consider expanding your product offering to a small "niche" specialty shop, I'll look into starting my own Easy Track closet business - complete with installation!! I am so thrilled to have found your product. After shopping around for closet organization systems, my husband and I decided upon your product and we are so happy we did! We purchased two 4'-8' deluxe cherry kits along with extra shelves and baskets for our 8'x6' closet and they fit perfectly. They were super easy to install and look beautiful. I wanted to take the time to write to you folks at Easy Track and let you know how impressed I am with your product. I have never taken the time to write to a company like this, but this is the second time I have used your product and each time I have been very satisfied. I am a 40-yr-old father & husband, and I have had my share of “Honey Do” lists to accomplish. I often buy do-it-yourself kits that end up to be of poor quality that have hard-to-follow instructions. This time...with your product, I have finally found a do-it-yourself kit that is of excellent quality and has easy-to-follow instructions, as well as illustrations that are very accurate. I am a repeat customer. This will be my fourth house to have Easy Track. I thought I would try the Internet when the stores that I had previously bought ET at had closed. I not only found several stores in my area (on the Internet), but found a really cool tool too - I love the ET Design Tool and the 3D is pretty great too. When I first bought my ‘fixer-upper’ home a few years ago I searched high and low for a good closet organizer system that would be as nice as those custom-designed organizers, but on a new homeowner/renovator’s budget with little success until I saw your product. My husband talked me out of purchasing them at the time. But after a year of new homeowner purchases and renovations, there was a little money left for new bedroom furniture, so I bought your 4'-8' Starter Kits and Shoe Cubes for two closets. It didn’t take much time into the installation to turn my husband’s opinion around. We loved your product so much that we are putting them in all the closets in our new second floor addition. Your price and quality of product beats everything we’ve seen. I am especially thrilled with the new cherry finish which wasn’t available the first time I bought your product. I love your product. We have been redoing a bedroom, and I finished installing the laminate closet floor. I told my partner that I had finished with it and that the closet (extremely shallow and cramped) was all that was left. I was expecting it to be a week before he got around to putting it in. Imagine my surprise when I came back from running two hours later and the closet was finished!

Now we have a wonderful closet with more storage space than we know what to do with! We bought a Basic Starter Closet, the Hanging Tower Closet and extra shelves. We plan to put this system in all of our other closets too, as our rooms in our new house get fixed up one by one. This was very affordable for cash-strapped new homeowners and much nicer than the nasty wire shelving that was our other alternative.

We already have two of your systems installed in our home, and have a third ready to go. We are currently in a 40+ year-old home, and space is definitely at a premium with only 1,200 s.f. and relatively small closets to work with. Just thought I’d write you a short note expressing my satisfaction with your products. After looking for closet build out kits for months without satisfaction I turned to the web. I checked out your website and located a retailer near my home in Columbia, MD. (Home Depot’s Expo Store). Disgusted with the cheap wire shelving in my closets, I contemplated building my own closet system as I had done at former residences - very time-consuming. At first, I must say that I was a little skeptical about Easy Track’s design. How could such a simple track and notched sidewalls hold so much weight? In order to build out two 8' reach-in type closets, I purchased 13 of your products. I’ve built my share of knockdown type furniture and have about as many horror stories to match - missing parts, badly aligned components and poor manufacturing. I’m extremely pleased with the quality and exact sizing of the Easy Track components. Your materials went together perfectly! Perfect alignment, more than that, enough hardware, clean instructions (you know, real men don’t need instructions) making assembly an absolute breeze. I stripped out two closets and had both closets built out and restocked with clothes in a little less than 3 hours. Incredible! Great design! Outstanding quality! Economical and extremely user friendly! What more can I say? Thank you for providing products with integrity that exceed my expectations.

It is easy to install, has clear instructions, quality materials (EVERYTHING FITS!) and looks as good after three years as it does with the new ones we just installed.
